Who am I?
I’m Linda Beswick, Coaching Psychologist, researcher, and founder of Planology and a lifelong planner girl. After 15 years working in mental health, coaching, and wellbeing, I saw the same pattern again and again. Brilliant, capable people blaming themselves for not being “disciplined enough,” when in truth, their planning systems were never designed for their psychology, energy, or reality.
Over the years, I’ve balanced full-time work while completing my MSc degrees and PhD, and people often ask
